“WT_CompleteIO failed. Network shutdown : Unknown error (Error: C0000120; Source: Unknown)” when attempting to Remote Control a Device

I’m trying to Remote Control a device but the connection fails and if I look in the CmRcService.log I see the following:

WT_CompleteIO failed. Network shutdown : Unknown error (Error: C0000120; Source: Unknown)
