What has changed in the new SCCM 1606 Baseline build released 15th December 2016?

I noticed when looking on MSDN that there is a new ConfigMgr 1606 Baseline build dated 15th December 2016:

mu_system_center_configuration_manager_endpoint_protection_version_1606_x86_x64_dvd_9678361.iso

This is different to the original version I downloaded which was:

mu_system_center_configuration_manager_endpoint_protection_version_1606_x86_x64_dvd_9384954.iso

What has changed in this new release and do I need to do anything to upgrade from the original release?
