Why are all my Deployed Applications removed when I upgrade from Windows 8.1 Preview to General Availability on a Windows-RT Device?
I’ve just upgraded my Windows RT-based device from the Windows 8.1 Preview release to Windows 8.1 General Availability. However, all of my deployed application on the device have been removed.
