Why aren’t Windows 10 Updates listed despite them being synchronised and downloaded locally?

Why aren’t Windows 10 Updates listed despite them being synchronised and downloaded locally?

I’ve configured ConfigMgr to synchronise all Windows 10 updates and download them locally.

I go into Software Library | Overview | Operating Systems and click Operating System Images.

However, when I right-click the Windows 10 image I’ve downloaded and select Schedule Updates none of the Updates I downloaded locally are displayed.
