Why is Security Update MS10-019 not visible in the ConfigMgr Console for some operating systems?

I am looking for Security Update MS10-019 (KB979309), in the ConfigMgr Console for Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 but I can’t see it.

The weird thing is this update IS visible for the Itanium versions of these Operating Systems (OSs).
