Why does the “Downloaded” value for Windows XP and Server 2003 Software Updates show as “No” on my Child Primary Site but “Yes” on my CAS?

Why does the “Downloaded” value for Windows XP and Server 2003 Software Updates show as “No” on my Child Primary Site but “Yes” on my CAS?

I’ve noticed that for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 Software Updates the Downloaded value is set incorrectly to No on my Child Primary Sites yet when I look on my Central Administration Site (CAS), the value is set correctly to Yes.
