Why don’t I see Windows Server 2012 Updates I’ve already downloaded in the “Schedule Updates Wizard”?

I’ve downloaded and now want to deploy some Updates for Windows Server 2012.

However, when I run the Schedule Updates Wizard I don’t see any Windows Server 2012 Updates listed on the Choose Updates page
