“ERROR: AcknowledgeMessage Exception: [Microsoft.Management.Services.Common.ServiceTooBusyException: One or more errors occurred” and Intune Connector unable to connect to the Intune service

I’ve noticed for some reason the Intune Connector is unable to connect to the Intune service.

If I look in dmpDownloader.log I see:

ERROR: AcknowledgeMessage Exception: [Microsoft.Management.Services.Common.ServiceTooBusyException: One or more errors occurred. —> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. —> System.TimeoutException: operation timed out for service: https://{intune_service_URL}/ – Operation ID (for customer support): {GUID}

Also I see the following in Cloudusersync.log:
