“A newer version of the SMS Reporting Services Point is already installed” when attempting to reinstall a RSP
I am trying to reinstall a Reporting Services Point (RSP), that has previously been removed. However, it’s failing and if I look in the srsrpMSI.log.LastError log I see the following error:
Property(S): SmsSRSRPDetectDowngrade_ErrorMessage = A newer version of the SMS Reporting Services Point is already installed
There is definitely no existing RSP installed.
