“ERROR: Failed to execute SQL Server query: EXEC spSwitchReserverRangeSite N”ERROR: Failed to contact the CAS server to detach” when attempting to uninstall a Child Primary Site

I am trying to uninstall a Child Primary Site by detaching it from my Central Administration Site (CAS).

However, I’m seeing the following error in the ConfigMgrSetup.log during the uninstall process:

ERROR: Failed to execute SQL Server query: EXEC spSwitchReserverRangeSite N”ERROR: Failed to contact the CAS server to detach.
