“Timeout occurred” when trying to download a file using TFTP from Windows Deployment Services

I’m running the Windows Deployment Services server role on a computer running Windows Server 2008 R2.

I am trying to download a file from the Windows Deployment Services server using Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP) protocol. The file size is evenly divided by the TFTP block size (e.g. the file size is 1,024 bytes and the TFTP block size is 512 bytes).

However, I can’t download the file and I get the following error message:
