Why does the Task Sequence Agent (TSAgent) use the logging values set in the Registry on a Client?

I’ve set logging settings for the Task Sequence Agent (TSAgent), in the following Registry subkey on my Clients:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CCM\Logging

However, the TSAgent isn’t using these.
