Machine boots into Task Sequence then reboots

I’ve got an issue where I’m booting from Standalone media. I see the first white ConfigMgr screen but after a delay the machine just reboots without any errors, messages, etc.

If I look in smsts.log I see the following:

Adding SMS bin folder “X:\sms\bin\x64″ to the system environment PATH
Failed to open PXE registry key. Not a PXE boot.
Media Root = D:\
WinPE boot type: ‘Ramdisk:SourceIdentified’
Failed to find the source drive where WinPE was booted from

and then lower down:

RegOpenKeyExW failed for Software\Microsoft\SMS\Task Sequence
GetTsRegValue() failed. 0x80070002.

However, having researched these errors I still don’t have a fix.
