Why am I seeing multiple instances of the “Unknown computers” Collection?

I’m running ConfigMgr 2012 in a hierarchy.

I had a problem with one of my Primary Sites so I uninstalled it and then re-installed it using the same Server name and Site name.

However, after performing the reinstall I now see multiple instances of the Unknown computers Collection.
