Why is “Active Directory Forest Discovery” the only available Discovery Method?

I’ve loaded the ConfigMgr Console and navigated to \Administration\Overview\Hierarchy Configuration\Discovery Methods

However, why is Active Directory Forest Discovery the only Discovery Method I see listed?
