Hyperlinks in the Help file don’t work

I am trying to view some of the information in ConfigMgr Help which I’ve launched from the Console.

The Help file launches fine and I can see various Hyperlinks. However, when I click these links I get the message:

You’re not connected to a network

and I’m unable to see the content.

You need a subscription to access the answer.
