Wi-Fi Profile with the Authentication Method set to use a Username and Password fails to install on an iOS 7 Device

I have created a Wi-Fi profile with the Authentication Method set to Username and Password.

However, if I look in the Monitoring workspace of the ConfigMgr Console I can see it is failing to install on my iOS 7 devices.
