Why am I seeing multiple “Warning” messages in the Application Log for “PolicyAgentInstanceProvider” whilst the ConfigMgr Client is being installed?

Why am I seeing multiple “Warning” messages in the Application Log for “PolicyAgentInstanceProvider” whilst the ConfigMgr Client is being installed?

I’ve noticed that when I install the ConfigMgr 2012 Client I’m seeing Warning messages like the following appearing in the Application log:
