“Error 25150. Setup was unable to register the CCM_Service_HostingConfiguration endpoint” when trying to install the ConfigMgr 2012 Client on a MP
I am trying to install the ConfigMgr 2012 Client on a Management Point that has Cumulative Update 3 (CU3), for ConfigMgr 2012 Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed.
The installation is failing and if I look in Client.msi with verbose logging enabled I see the following:
Registering Hosting Configuration.
