"CVEWorker::UninstallConnectionGroup() failed" when trying to uninstall an App-V 5.0 SP2 Package

I’m running App-V 5.0 SP2 and trying to uninstall an App-V Package. However, this is failing and if I look in the AppEnforce.log I see:

CVEWorker::UninstallConnectionGroup() failed
