“HTTP 500” errors to calling Clients on a Daily basis on Management Points Co-located with Clients

I’ve got an issue whereby Management Points (MPs) co-located with the ConfigMgr Client seem to be failing on a daily basis returning HTTP 500 errors to calling Clients.

Doing some investigation it seems to be related to Client Health Evaluation as if I look in the CCMEval.log file I see the following:
