Just a quick “heads up” courtesy of Wally that Microsoft has just posted SP1 version of the ConfigMgr 2012 Virtual TechNet labs which you can find (19 at the time of writing) at:

So head on over and try them out in a risk-free environment.
TIP: Clear the “HOT Labs” checkbox under search on the left hand side then navigate to “System Center | System Center” where you’ll be able to select the categories for the various labs you want to take.
