Migrated application is not distributed to child sites in System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager
Symptoms:
You use Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager to migrate an application. If you migrate the application more than once, such as from a test environment to a production environment, the application content may not be distributed correctly to child sites.
