Management point replica deployment doesn’t work in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager
Symptoms
You install Service Pack 2 (SP2) or SP1 for System Center 2012 Configuration Manager, and then you try to deploy a new management point that’s configured to use a database replica. In this situation, the deployment attempt is unsuccessful.
Additionally, errors that resemble the following are logged in the MP_Location.log file following the installation of a new client.
