Microsoft has just updated the following KB Article:
Errors in DMPDownloader.log that can be safely ignored when Configuration Manager is connected to Microsoft Intune
Symptoms:
When you connect to the Microsoft Intune service, the DMPDownloader.log file may display error messages that can be safely ignored. Specifically, error messages that start with the text “ERROR: Unknown message type” can be safely ignored if the message type value is more than 12 for Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager or more than 16 for System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 (SP1).
