Device policies are removed unexpectedly in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager SP1
Symptoms
When you remove a user who is assigned to a primary device in Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 (SP1), all policies that are assigned to the device are removed. This issue occurs even when there are other users who are assigned to the device.
