Microsoft has just released the following KB Article: Changes to built-in collections are overwritten when you upgrade to System Center 2012 Configuration Manager SP1 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739984 I’ve updated the list of KB Articles for ConfigMgr 2012 accordingly.
