This diagnostic package is designed to collect information used to troubleshoot most Configuration Manager 2012 Issues. Remote Data Collection will work if the following requirements are met: · Remote Registry Service is running on the remote computer. · You have Administrative Rights on the remote computer. · SMB/RPC/WMI Communication is allowed on the Firewall. · SQL Rights are required for obtaining SQL Data, if running on a Site Server. PowerShell will be installed on the computers involved to be able to execute diagnostic packages. After the execution completes, PowerShell will remain installed on the computer(s). |
