Microsoft has just updated the following KB Article: You cannot use the “New Account” option to reset the password on the Active Directory forest discovery account in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2693927 I’ve updated the list of KB Articles for ConfigMgr 2012 accordingly.
