Microsoft has just updated the following KB Article: The status of a failed upgrade to a shared Distribution Point may be displayed incorrectly as “Failed to upgrade distribution point” in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2691560 I’ve updated the list of KB Articles for ConfigMgr 2012 accordingly.
