Application whose requirements contain Service Pack 1 or specific values fails its Application Model evaluation and shows as “Requirements not met” in Software Center

I am trying to install an Application whose requirements contain Service Pack 1 or specific values.

However, the Application fails its Application Model evaluation and if I look in Software Center on one of my Clients it shows the Application as Requirements not met.

If I look in the DCMReporting.log on the Client I see the following:

Targetting of CI is Version Specific
CDCMReporting::AddPoliciesForCI
GetInstanceFromLantern failed (0x80041002).

If I try to install the same Application via a Task Sequence I see the following messages in Smsts.log:

Start to compile TS policy
Failed to load property ‘Order’. Error 0x80041002
Failed to load policies from XML.
Not found (Error: 80041002; Source: WMI)
End TS policy compilation
Step 2 out of 2 complete
Install application action failed: ‘Sample App’. Error Code 0x80041002
