‘Server Error in Application “DEFAULT WEB SITE/SMSREPORTING_”’ in ConfigMgr / SCCM 2007

When I try to run a Report from within the ConfigMgr / SCCM 2007 Administrator Console I get the following error:

Server Error in Application “DEFAULT WEB SITE/SMSREPORTING_<Site_Code>”
