Advertisements are not listed when you run the Configuration Manager console from a remote computer if System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP1 is installed on the site server
Summary:
Consider the following scenario:
- You implement a site database by using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 on a site server that is running Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
- You run the Configuration Manager console from a remote computer.
In this scenario, the Advertisements container is blank, and no advertisements are listed.
Note When you run the Configuration Manager console on the site server, the advertisements are listed as expected.
