[WMUG] My departure from WMUG and my WMUG Blog

For those unaware, I am no longer working with WMUG. I enjoyed my time with the group, the highlight of which was having the opportunity to engage with you, the community in person. Following my departure, my blog was removed from the site without notice and as a result you are not going to find entries from my WMUG blog in the most popular search engines. Any you do find the links will no longer work. I have tried to take steps to reduce the impact but if you are unable to access any of the content from my former WMUG blog then feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to help. I hope that as a result of these changes that you are not inconvenienced too much. And the future? Well I’ve been doing community since 1998 and running FAQShop for almost 10 years and have no plans to stop now 🙂 As we approach the site’s 10th anniversary year I hope you like the new version and are finding it a vast improvement on the old version (I certainly find it a lot easier to update plus I’m getting some great stats on who is visiting the site, where they came from and what they were looking for which I’ll use to try and shape future articles).
