Why is the “extadsch.log” not created when I run “extadsch.exe”?

Why is the “extadsch.log” not created when I run “extadsch.exe”? I am trying to run extadsch.exe which appears to run successfully but for some bizarre reason the extadsch.log isn’t being created.
