“We can’t connect to the Company Portal right now. Check your data connection and try again later.”

I am trying to open the Company Portal on my Windows Phone but I get the following message:

We can’t connect to the Company Portal right now. Check your data connection and try again later.

I’ve checked the data connection is working and I can browse to the Company Portal (https://portal.manage.microsoft.com), without any issues. Even restarting the device makes no difference.

You need a subscription to access the answer.
