Clients not showing as Assigned despite Boundaries configured correctly

Clients not showing as Assigned despite Boundaries configured correctly I have some Clients showing as not being assigned to a Site despite the boundary/ boundary group being setup correctly.

Why is only some of the data being shown in my Reports? I am running Reports but only the data for one of my Primaries is being returned, not all of them.
