Why are my UNIX/ Linux Clients unable to retrieve a Package from a DP?

Why are my UNIX/ Linux Clients unable to retrieve a Package from a DP? I’m trying to distribute some software to my Unix/ Linux Clients but for some reason they aren’t able to retrieve the Package.
