Why is my Client not using the Management Point specified by the CCMSetup installation property “/mp:”

Why is my Client not using the Management Point specified by the CCMSetup installation property “/mp:” I’ve installed some clients and specified the “/mp:” Command-line Property with CCMSetup. However, post installation my Client is not using the Management Point specified.
