Microsoft has just updated the following KB Article: App-V applications cannot be streamed from a Configuration Manager Distribution Point if the “Bypass proxy server for local addresses” option is set http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2683908 I’ve updated the list of KB Articles for ConfigMgr 2012 accordingly.
