Why do Software Updates downloaded or imported to a CAS have a “Downloaded” status of “No” at a Child Primary Site?

I’ve noticed that any Software Updates downloaded or imported to my Central Administration Site (CAS), have a Downloaded status of No at my Child Primary Sites.

RESOLUTION:

[/resAs detailed in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 3026739 “Description of Cumulative Update 4 for System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager”, this issue can occur when locale-specific data is missing for updates.

This issue is resolved in CU4 for ConfigMgr 2012 R2.

After applying CU4 you should run the SQL script included in the KB Article against the Site Database of any Child Primary Site experiencing this issue.
