“Unsupported ConfigMgr database version” error when running TESTDBUPGRADE

I am trying to run /TESTDBUPGRADE against a copy of my Site Database using the following Command Line:

Setup.exe /TESTDBUPGRADE CCM_TST

However, the Prerequisite Checker loads but I then get the following error:

Unsupported ConfigMgr database version

Looking in the details section I see the following:

For the site database upgrade to succeed, the database version must be Configuration Manager 2012 R2 or later.
