“The DefaultValue expression for the report parameter ‘UserTokenSIDs’ contains an error: The specified directory service attribute or value does not exist” when trying to run Reports

Whenever I try to run Reports from my ConfigMgr 2012 R2 Console or from the Reporting Services website they don’t run as expected and I get the following error:
