Why don’t I see the “System Management” container?

I’ve loaded Active Directory Users and Computers but why when I look under my Domain do I not see the System Management container?

“Invalid Parameter: Bad argument ‘-i'” when running LDIFDE to import the “ConfigMgr_ad_schema.ldf”

I’m trying to run the LDIFDE command-line utility to import the contents of the ConfigMgr_ad_schema.ldf file into Active Directory but it’s failing with the message:
Invalid Parameter: Bad argument ‘-i’

This is the command-line I’m using which others have used successfully:
ldifde –i –f ConfigMgr_ad_schema.ldf –v –j C:\Users\CmAdmin

Why is the “extadsch.log” not created when I run “extadsch.exe”?

I am trying to run extadsch.exe which appears to run successfully but for some bizarre reason the extadsch.log isn’t being created.
