Why are my NAP Clients returning an incorrect “Not Compliant” Status to the System Health Validator Point which then prevents them from accessing corporate resources?

For some reason my ConfigMgr Clients that use Network Access Protection (NAP), are returning an inaccurate Not Compliant status to the System Health Validator Point which blocks them from accessing corporate resources.
