Why do I see “CContentTokenMgr::EncryptToken – Failed Base64Decode cert context” in Contenttransfermanager.log?

After upgrading to SCCM 1706, my clients can’t download content from peer cache sources anymore.

If I look in the Contenttransfermanager.log I see the following error:

CContentTokenMgr::EncryptToken - Failed Base64Decode cert context

Why is the “Date Created” field not updated in the SCCM Console when I distribute content to a DP?

I’ve distributed content to a ConfigMgr Distribution Point, but when I look in the console under \Monitoring\Overview\Distribution Status\Content Status the Compliance % field shows 100.0 but the Date Created field hasn’t updated.

Why is DistMgr slow to process .pul files from my Pull DPs when distributing a large number of Packages?

I am running ConfigMgr 1511.

I’ve noticed that when I create a large number of Packages (several hundred), and distribute these to my Pull Distribution Points (Pull DPs), of which I have thousands, DistMgr is slow to process .pul files from my Pull DPs.
