Why in SCCM 1511 is the “Connect to Remote Computer” dialog box displayed when I edit the properties of a Windows Store app (deep-link app), rather than the “Browse Windows App Packages” dialog box?

But when I click Browse on the Content tab, I see the Connect to Remote Computer dialog box and not the Browse Windows App Packages dialog box.
