Why is the “Replication Link Analyzer” button missing from the SCCM 2012 Console Ribbon/ right-click menu?

I am trying to run Replication Link Analyzer but I don’t see the Replication Link Analyzer button on the Ribbon. If I also right-click on a Site/ Link under Database Replication most of the options (including Replication Link Analyzer), aren’t there, all I see is the following:

• Link Properties
• Parent Database Properties
• Child Database Properties

“Error: System.InvalidOperationException: Timeout expired” in rcmctrl.log when the .NET Connection pool is full

I’ve noticed that the SCCM Replication Configuration Monitor component is failing with an InvalidOperationException error when the .NET Connection pool is full.

If I look in rcmctrl.log I see:

Error: Received unhandled SQL exception, printing info and throwing it again. This will be retried in next cycle.
Error: Exception message: [The target database, 'TESTDB', is participating in an availability group and is currently not accessible for queries. Either data movement is suspended or the availability replica is not enabled for read access.
…
DRS sync started.
Error: Received unhandled exception, printing info and throwing it again. This will be retried in next cycle.
Error: System.InvalidOperationException: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.

Why does SCCM report a Link’s status as “Degraded” one minute and “Active” the next?

I’ve noticed that ConfigMgr is reporting the Status of a link as Degraded one minute then Active one minute later.

After I’ve restored my Site Database to a new server Site Replication is failing and if I look in the Rcmctrl.log I see the following:

ERROR: Received unhandled SQL exception, printing info and throwing it again. This will be retried in next cycle.
SqlException number: [8115]
ERROR: Exception message: [Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int.~~The 'spGetChangeTrackingMinValidVersion' procedure attempted to return a status of NULL, which is not allowed. A status of 0 will be returned instead.]

Why is Replication Link Analyzer detecting a syscommittab system table issue and suggesting reinitialization as the SQL Errorlog contains the string “3999”?

Replication Link Analyzer is detecting a syscommittab system table issue and suggesting I reinitialise as the SQL Errorlog contains the string 3999.

How do I resolve this?
