“Error during connection to \\ \SMS_Site (1326).”

I am seeing the following errors in Sender.log on my ConfigMgr 2012 Central Administration Site:

Waiting for new/rescheduled send requests, Maximum Sleep Time = 60 minutes
There is no existing connection, Win32 error = 1326
There is no existing connection, Win32 error = 1326
There is no existing connection, Win32 error = 1326
Error during connection to <a href="http://\\”>\\ \SMS_Site (1326).
Operation is retryable.
Cannot connect to server at remote site , won’t try send requests going to site for an hour or until there are no active send requests.
Could not establish connection.
Attempt to connect failed.
