Microsoft has released the following KB article which includes a Hotfix:

FIX: User data restoration fails when multiple state migration points are used in System Center Configuration Manager

Symptoms:

When two or more state migration points are defined for a single boundary group, an attempt to restore user data may fail during operating system deployment. This issue may occur if the destination computer is started by PXE or media, and if the user data is backed up to a SMP but you try to restore from another SMP.

Additionally, errors that resemble the following are recorded in the smsts.log file on the client computer:

Dynamic applications do not install in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 2

Symptoms:

Some applications do not install when you try to install them by using a dynamic variable list in a task sequence. This problem occurs when one of the applications restarts. Any additional applications that are involved in the same step do not install after the computer restarts. There are no specific errors recorded in the logs. Instead, the task sequence continues to the next step.

Task sequence fails in Configuration Manager if software updates require multiple restarts

Symptoms:

Assume that a Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager task sequence that uses the “Install Software Updates” step installs a software update that triggers multiple restarts after the task sequence successfully runs the Install Software Updates task. In this situation, the task sequence can fail and generate the following error message:

Note You can avoid this issue in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 2 and System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 by using the new Retry option in the Install Updates task sequence step. Automatic Deployment Rule schedule properties change unexpectedly in System Center Configuration Manager

Symptoms:

After you manually run an Automatic Deployment Rule (ADR) in Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 (SP1)or Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 2 (SP2), multiple schedule properties are changed. These changes affect future runs of the ADR. For example, the Software Available Time property may be configured as 12 hours and theDeadline property as 20 days. However, after the first run of the ADR, the Software Available Time property will be configured as 1 hour and the Deadline property as 2 days.

FIX: Delta group discovery doesn’t remove resources from collections in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager SP2

Symptoms:

After you remove a previously discovered user or computer from a security group, delta group discovery does not remove that resource from a Configuration Manager collection as expected. This issue only affects delta discovery. A full discovery cycle removes resources from collections when they are removed from their corresponding security groups.

An incorrect Software Available Time value is created in the ADR in System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager SP1 and System Center 2012 Configuration Manager SP2

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

• You use Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 (SP1) or System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 2 (SP2).
• You create an Automatic Deployment Rule (ADR) that meets the following requirements:
  • You create a new Software Update Group (SUG).
  • You don’t enable the deployment.
  • You add some updates in the SUG.
  • You schedule the deployment.
• You manually run the ADR. The ADR is successful, and the SUG is created.
• You open the properties of the ADR.

In this scenario, you find an incorrect Software Available Time value in the ADR. If you run the ADR again, it creates another SUG that contains an incorrect Software Available Time value.
